We have successfully executed various different acquisition structures including Buyouts, Recapitalizations, Leadership transitions, Corporate carve-outs, Bolt-on acquisitions and Family successions.

One of our favoured transactions are Buy-In-Management-Buy-Outs (“BIMBO”). A BIMBO occurs when existing management along with an external management team decide to buy out a company which is used to streamline the transition from one owner to the next with little interruption in business operations. We have found this to be highly successful ownership transition mechanism.
